I've sworn off sugar (for now) - I categorize this pic as "diet porn".....
Mee too as of yesterday. Its terrible but i hope to keep it up. Even Splenda is such a lame alternative, nothing quite like sugar in the morning coffee. That his me hardest, desserts i can live without.
